Harmonising Sacred and Secular Melodies
We are a Chamber choir, a group of around 30 singers performing sacred and secular music around the Northwest of England in venues varying from Cathedrals, and small Parish churches to town halls, concert halls and even castles.
Events and Rehearsals Calendar
Altèri Chamber Choir are invited to sing in many venues around the North West of England, we sing commissions, with small orchestral chamber ensembles and perform with many local artists.
Join Our Choir
The Altèri Chamber Choir rehearse at Holy Innocents Church in Fallowfield, Manchester once every 2 weeks on a Tuesday evening starting at 19:15 and finishing at 21:30, and weekly prior to concerts. We perform all over the North West of England and normally give 3 or 4 concerts per year.
If you would like to sing with Alteri, we would be delighted to hear from you, we are currently auditioning in all sections of the choir. Please click on the button below to arrange an audition. This will normally consist of a short piece of sight-reading and any piece you would like to bring along to the audition.
